Printing Tips
- TPU generally prints best at slower speeds with a smooth, well-supported filament path.
- Direct-drive extruders are usually easier to tune, while Bowden systems may require slower speeds and lower retraction.
- If feeding issues occur, reduce print speed, shorten retraction distance, and keep the filament path as constrained as possible.
- Dry the filament before printing and store it sealed when not in use to reduce stringing, popping, rough surfaces, and inconsistent extrusion.
