BUT, I found it's only really "plug and play" if the stars are aligned. I had a little trouble stumbling upon the correct documentation here on the PwnCNC site that walked me through the process (the sheet of paper instructions that come with it is pretty useless). Unfortunately once I did find the documentation for installation on the Sienci SLB, I had already tweaked and tinkered with the gSender settings to the point that they didn't work. After resetting everything back to baseline and going through the instructions again, however, it worked fine.

Everything about the spindle is high quality, and it IS nice that they pre-program the VFD for you before shipping. I've heard that PwnCNC spindle systems work really well on Shapeoko and Onefinity machines as well, but if you're new to CNC and putting it on a Sienci Labs machine, don't be deterred by the rocky start you may encounter, because it does work well.

I have bought 2......TWO things that simply WORKED as they were advertised....an X1 Carbon 3d printer and now the PWN 1.5Kw watercooled 80mm spindle system. Of all the myriad things I've purchased that soooo many loser so-called "influencers" pushed as plug and play these are the only two that have lived up to the hype. I want to make stuff NOT get an engineering degree while trying to "finish" someone elses product, make it work the way it's supposed to, then watch it fail because it was garbage before I even opened the box. Kudos to PWN for making an excellent product.
