Create durable parts that can bend, stretch, compress, and absorb impact with Polymaker PolyFlex™ TPU95 Filament. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this flexible TPU offers a practical balance of elasticity, strength, and printability for compatible FDM 3D printers.
PolyFlex TPU95 can stretch to more than three times its original length, making it a strong choice for protective components, grips, bumpers, gaskets, wearable accessories, flexible connectors, and other functional parts that need to flex without breaking.
Why You’ll Like It
- Balanced 95A flexibility: Flexible enough for compressible and wearable parts while remaining easier to handle than softer TPU materials.
- Excellent elasticity: Capable of stretching to more than three times its original length.
- Impact-resistant performance: Well suited for parts that need to absorb vibration, shock, or repeated movement.
- Functional durability: A dependable material for grips, seals, bumpers, protective covers, and flexible mechanical parts.
- Broad compatibility: Works with many FDM printers when the extrusion path is properly configured for flexible filament.

Printing Recommendations
- Extruder: A direct-drive extruder with a well-constrained filament path is strongly recommended.
- Print speed: Start slowly and increase speed only after confirming consistent extrusion.
- Retraction: Use minimal retraction to help reduce filament compression and feeding issues.
- Nozzle: Larger nozzle diameters are generally easier to use with flexible filament than very small nozzles.
- Bowden systems: Printing may be more difficult and usually requires slower speeds and careful tuning.
