I would like to start off with their products. Really are great products. They have all worked to meet or exceed my expectations of what I'm after on my CNC which I have a shapoko 3. I just want to make sure I put that the company is what keeps me coming back. And did not get my orders. I had a shipping problem with USPS and did not get my product. While this was definitely not The company's fault in any way shape or form. They completely shipped me out a whole new piece at no charge to myself. In my opinion they went above and beyond making sure that I had what I ordered and if they're going to do that just to make sure you get your product, think of the dedication they put into each product they build. I had been struggling for 6 months coming up at the system without ordering the parts. They had handy to make my desk collection work and finally just order the parts and like they were supposed to. They all work together perfectly.
