AVID uses the AMP 14-pin to GX12 6-pin connector

Carbide3d's Shapeokos 3, 4 & Pro require the Molex to 6 Pin Connector

Carbide3d's Shapeoko 5 requires the GX12 6 Pin connector w/ Pigtail Connector to GX12 6 Pin

Onefinity's BlackBox controllers requires Modbus Female Breakout Board to GX12 2-pin

Onefinity Elite will require GX12 6-pin to GX12 6-pin

Longboard will require Generic Ferrule w/ Digital PWM converter to GX12 6-pin

Super LongBoard will require Modbus Generic Ferrule Connectors to GX12 2-Pin

PwnCNC ATC Pneumatics Enclosure Cable requires GX12 5-Pin to GX12 5-pin

Nearly all other brands or machines will need either:

Generic Ferrule Connectors to GX12 6-pin
GX12 6-pin connector w/ 18" cable inlet to GX12 6-pin

depending on if you want the leads attached or easily detached.

Found errors in documentation.

In order to get the spindle to work with my Altmill using Gesender I had to make two changes to your instructions. To keep the spindle running I had to change $340 to 0 (Zero). At 1 it would start and after a few seconds shut off with Error 14. To get the spindle to run in CCW I had to change $466 to 2. With these changes the spindle seems to running fine, but I have yet to run any jobs. The tubing you supply will not fit through the tube nuts on the spindle. For use in the real world I think the power cord should be about twice as long.

Wires were reversed

The 25 pin control cable had the wires reversed. I found a coment online that mentioned that they may be wrong. After reversing the wires it worked fine.
