Kool Connectors are designed for supported water-cooled spindle motors and tubing setups. Compatibility can depend on your spindle motor, connector thread size, tubing size, and whether you are using a PwnCNC Spindle System, ATC System, or a custom coolant loop.

Important Note:
These connectors are for the motor side only and are not compatible with chillers.
Do not overtighten. These fittings are made from precision brass and require only hand-tightening. Over-tightening may cause them to split. Damaged connectors due to overtightening will not be replaced.

Installation Tips

We recommend hand-tightening only for a secure and damage-free fit.
Compatible with our clear 10/6mm tubing available by the foot.
Using blue/orange PU tubing? Gently heat the tube tip to ease the fit onto the female connector.

If you ordered Kool Connectors with your PwnCNC Spindle System or ATC System, we may have already installed them for you. Just plug in your compatible tubing and get carving.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for supported water-cooled spindle motors with compatible M8x1.0 motor-side ports.
Intended for the spindle motor side of the coolant loop only.
Not intended for chiller connections.
Best matched with compatible 10mm OD / 6mm ID coolant tubing.
Always verify your spindle motor fitting size before ordering for non-PwnCNC spindle setups.
