Polymaker PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a versatile, flexible TPU filament designed to make flexible 3D printing more accessible on compatible desktop 3D printers. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers an excellent balance of flexibility, strength, and printability, making it a great choice for functional parts that need to bend, stretch, or absorb impact.

PolyFlex™ TPU95 can stretch to more than three times its original length, providing strong elasticity and resilience for demanding applications. It is ideal for protective covers, flexible connectors, gaskets, wearable accessories, bumpers, grips, and other parts where durability and flexibility are both important.

Printing Recommendations:

For best results, use a direct-drive extruder with a geared mechanical advantage. Flexible filaments can be difficult to print through Bowden-style setups or printers with a large gap between the extruder and hotend.

For older or stock-style printers, print very slowly and make sure the filament path is well constrained. Small nozzle diameters may make TPU more difficult to print.
