Cooling Systems vary and we have a growing list of options for our Spindle System owners:
We have 110v pumps, 220v pumps (reserved for international customers where 110v is not available), and 110v CW300 Chillers. With pond pumps you will need to supply a bucket with a lid and coolant fluid. The chiller is an inclusive package and only needs coolant liquid, plus chillers add heat dissipation via passive cooling (no refrigerant involved).
Our Spindle Cooling System includes 30' of hoses. One option is our standard "Poly Urethane" tubing (15' blue / 15' orange), another has upgraded Clear and very flexible Superthane Ether tubing (30' clear), while the third has extremely flexible and cloudy Silicone tubing (30' semi-clear).
If additional tubing is required, purchase the difference here and we'll include it in your order as an addition to your included 30' length. Ex: need 20 feed for the feed and return? Purchase 10' and we'll give a 40' segment.
Each hose can be used with our PwnCNC Exclusive Kool Connectors.

Works well! I get a consistent 140L per hour, and stays at or under 31c degrees in my hot Florida garage!
Ordered on February 21. Received some or the order last week still waiting for the chiller. Could be a border issue.
“Good things come to those who wait”
The chiller is working as described with my new PwnCNC water cool spindle. There are no alarm lights or operating lights. Earlier versions show a green and red light but the manufacturer has removed those lights. There is an alarm output that is an open/close contact to indicate normal or alarm condition.. No voltage on the output. I am still investigating if I can use the alarm contacts to notify me of any issues. Hopefully tie that into the Masso controller. It is a good product and should work well in my application.

What a great set up. Really is plug and play. Sooo much quieter than the router. Well built worth every penny!!
