We ship two days a week, Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed after our mail pick-up will generally ship out on the following Tuesday or Friday. PwnCNC is not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order!
Most USA packages are delivered within 2-7 days shipping via USPS (US Post office) or UPS, but tracking scan updates and delivery times have been slowed substantially. Please note that pick-up scans have been reduced as well.
We are 100% at their mercy for packages arriving on time. Because of this, we do not guarantee package delivery times, and can't offer refunds on shipping due to a missed delivery expectation. We do not offer next-day service, as there's no guarantee it will arrive to you on time, due to our location and the nature of 3D printing.
All 3D printed items will need to be printed prior to shipping, depending on your color selection and product, this may delay your shipment up to a few days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:
We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check on your own countries policies for expected costs involved. We do not offer express services for international, due to the high cost and poor reliability.
International delivery times are generally between 2-5 weeks. Please expect longer shipping times during the coronavirus outbreak worldwide. We do not offer shipping time-frame guarantees, but do take 100% responsibility for your package arriving safely.

EXTENDED REFUND POLICY (FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE):
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll need to provide a return shipping label, but we'll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
