Important Notes About the CW-3000

This is a passive chiller, not an active refrigerated chiller.
Temperature is not user adjustable.

Fitting & Tubing Note

Our latest batch of chillers includes 6mm press-in fittings. We include two 6mm black tubes that press into these fittings. These 6mm O.D. tubes can then be inserted into your 6mm I.D. Superthane or silicone tubing.

If you experience any leakage at the tubing connection, we recommend securing the tubing with a zip-tie for a tighter seal.

🔧 Hoses are not fully included for your complete coolant loop. Add Clear Tube by the foot if needed for your cooling setup.

Great Spindle cooler

I bought the spindle cooler to replace the cheap pond pump recycling system that i was using. I was very impressed how well it works… I run the CNC machine for hours sometimes and the temp may only go up one degree or so. The spindle never get even warm. Good investment !

With about 15 hours with our new water cooled spindle this is a quiet and efficient chiller, keeping the line time at a stead 72 degrees.

CW 3000 chiller

Very nice, quiet, keeps my 240v spindle nice and cool. Just make sure to buy a visual flow meter, since it does not come with the chiller. So much better than an aquarium pump and bucket!
