✅ What’s Included

• 1.5kW Water-Cooled Spindle Motor – requires a VFD capable of delivering 3-phase power and 12amps.  This kit is only available in 1.5kw 80mm 110v with an H20 aircraft connector.

• (2) Precision Wrenches – For collet and spindle nut adjustments

• ER20 Collets (3): 1/8”, 1/4”, and 1/2”

• 40 ft. Superthane Tubing – Flexible and durable coolant line

• Pond Pump – Pre-selected for optimal flow and reliability

💬 Notes

This kit is designed as an upgrade for air-cooled 110V spindle setups from other manufacturers. You'll be required to provide a VFD capable of 1.5kw at 12amps over 110v and a spindle cable with an H20 aircraft connector on the motor side. Installation is straightforward—simply remove your existing air-cooled spindle and replace it with this water-cooled model using your existing VFD and wiring.  Then run the coolant tubes, fill the reservoir where you'll submerge the pond pump and you're good to go.
